Saturday rental fee: $1200
Sunday rental fee: $1350

Included in your rental fee is access to all facilities, including boat ramp, beach, barbecue house, clubhouse, indoor restrooms, and parking lot between the hours of 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. for a maximum of 200 people. You may use our beautiful property on the shores of gorgeous 310 acre spring-fed Bear Lake. Our spacious grounds include covered, paved picnic pavilions, individual grills, as well as a large barbecue house, beach volleyball court, basketball court, horseshoes, and children's play area. You may bring in your own caterer or you can have the fun and enjoy the cooking yourself.

No glass, pets, or alcohol permitted. All beer must be purchased through Bear Lake Clubhouse, by prior arrangement. Soft drinks may be purchased through us or you may bring your own.

All beer and soda sales must be prearranged with club steward, John Grimaldi @ 321-228-4670, to guarantee availability.

Deposit to reserve your date is 50% of the rental fee. The balance of rental fee, along with a $500 (refundable) damage deposit, and a $100 cleaning fee is due 45 days prior to event.

*All renters must provide 1 day renters' liability insurance policy for a minimum of $1,000,000 and must name Florida Power Employees Association as an additional insured. |
